Weight for birth announcement?

This is so trivial of me but here goes. DS weighed 7lbs14.6oz at birth. Should I just put his weight like that on the birth announcements? This is how it's recorded in his hospital records. However, at the hospital when filing for his birth certificate, I told the girl I thought it should be 7lbs15oz and so that's what she put. Only afterwards did I ask a nurse what she would say and she said they 'd say 7lbs14 oz.

    I would just put 14oz. If it had been 0.8 or over, I would have rounded up to 15

    DD was 7 lbs 12.5 oz and they just marked it as 7 lb 13 oz. It's not like anyone will be double-checking to make sure you got it right down the tenth, you know? 15 oz sounds easier to me.





    I'm not new. I just hate The Bump.
