Nausea food/drink

What food and/or drink helps with your nausea?

For me it's salt & vinegar crispy minis. I know it sounds weird but it was the same when I was pregnant with DD.

  • Cheesy puffs. I ate them with #1 and they taste so good this time. Great for a eve snack when I've been good and tried to eat some dinner and just need something while watching tv.
Also ice lollies and soft fruits. My MS is definitely worse after 4pm so I try to eat as much as poss before I feel to poorly.

  • Usually, if I can get something - anything - to stay in my stomach, it helps me feel better, at least for a while.  Yesterday it was butter rice and Sonic cheesey tots.  I had to give the tots some time to settle, but after that I was able to cook dinner and eat a bowl full of beef stroganoff (though I passed on most of the beef because the texture was throwing me for a loop).  I also drank some lemon-lime gatorade to help replenish nutrients I had failed to get Monday and most of yesterday.

Today, I've gotten two granola bars down and a couple handfuls of Goldfish, along with some lemon-lime gatorade and water.

  • The only thing I can handle for dinner is chocolate whipped peanut butter on an apple. That's it. At least it's fruit and protein.
