I'm 34 weeks and went for my growth scan. Apparently the doctor thought it was amusing to tell me I'm carrying two toddlers. Baby A was 5lb 10oz and B 5lb 9oz. They also told me my due date is July 11th from my original very first scan when the dr last week said I'm not due till July 26. I'm very confused at all this miss communication. And it makes it really hard to schedule a RCS when you don't even have a correct due date. I just wish everyone would get there shit together. My symptoms this past week have just escalated. I sleep 2-4 hours a night(not consecutive) my acid reflux is so bad I'm throwing up acid my hands n arms go numb to the point I can't use them I can barely walk due to pressure and my hips out of alignment and I'm depressed that my house is falling apart and my two boys miss there mom. I don't know how I will manage another 4 weeks of this. Ok I'm done venting for the night.

I think it's unlikely they are actually changing your estimated due date this late in the game and more likely they are telling you that they won't let you go past July 11th. I'm guessing you will be 40weeks around July 26th, but they are telling you that they don't want you to go past 38 weeks. Just my speculation...
Those are great weights! Remember, those are just estimates and could be off by as much as a pound. My last growth scan was at exactly 36w and Baby A was measuring 6lb 1oz and Baby B was 5lb 11oz and I delivered exactly a week later at 37w and A was 5lb 10oz and B was 7lb. So, they can def be off.
Hang in there. You are so close to the end! Most of your discomforts will be gone immediately after you deliver. Then the fun really begins...
Eta: try Zantac for the acid reflux. Mine was really bad at the end and the Zantac helped. (Assuming you haven't already tried this).
I had my boys at 34w and they were 5lbs and 5lbs 8oz and those last few weeks were really hard.
My reflux was miserable. There's nothing worse than vomiting up acid and then tasting acid vomit in the back of your throat for hours. I took Zantac 150 for all day relief and then spot treated w the max dosage of tums. Make sure you don't take tums within an hour of taking Zantac or it will cancel it's effectiveness. Also do not drink water or liquid on an empty stomach ever - always start with heavier food to coat your stomach and weigh down acid. I ate gallons of greek yogurt (added bonus of being high in protein). I'm sure you're not sleeping flat but experiment w inclines and pillows as well.

I am sorry you are having a rough time, big twins are great though! My ob has let me know my effective due date will be at 38w if they don't come earlier. I am sure they can clarify if you call.

We are 33wks 2 days and I feel you are just reading my mind. I am so uncomfortable right now and my 2 boys want to do so much especially since the weather is so nice. Hang in there we are so close to the end and having nice healthy babies.
