@jefk - Do you browse TB using a web browser or the app?  I use chrome on my android and don't have problems!  Hope your LO's birthday party went well!
@kh59 - Running to work sounds like the best motivation to get more running in!
@Lizzybizzy80 - In the scheme of alcohol, martinis are a low-cal choice!  And we all need indulgences every once in a while!
@mamainVA2013 - I know others who have had luck with low carb diets - I hope it's starting to work for you already!
@megandchase - I hope the increased mileage is going well!
@No longer the best - It's your "goal" day!!  Congratulations on your wonderful progress - the 8lbs you reported last week is worthy of congratulations alone!

@subliminalrabbit - Tossing food temptations sounds like a good idea!  DH has me hide "my" treats from him so he doesn't get nibbly and eat them - so I can vouch for this method's effectiveness!

  • Last week- I was fighting this awful sinus thing, but I still managed to work out every day. They were just sort of pitiful workouts.

    This week- I only weighed in Sunday morning as being down a half lb. But, some of you may remember that I polished off a 6pack Saturday night. And had pizza. So, I'm not sweating it. Continuing to workout every day and keep up the good diet.

    Goal- 9 lbs by my anniversary in September.

    QOTW- I HATE them. They always wake me up. Or if I haven't fallen asleep yet, they keep me up. Boo on storms.

  • What did you do last week? I did not run, as I was busy stressing out about the party. I did play soccer twice (we won the finals!) and went for a walk last night.  I had 3 more sodas than I would have liked, but some were during the party.  Also I put together the patio furniture.  That was it's own workout.

    What are your plans for this week? indoor soccer, and then pick new running days since the season is over.

    What's your long-term/mid-term goal? My half marathon in November.

    GTKY: Thunderstorms - love them or hate them? Love them, unless I'm stuck outside on a boat or playing soccer.

    What did you do last week? Ran five times (one way to or from work)

    What are your plans for this week? I'd like to add in one day of running my commute both ways, so six total runs adding up to about 20 miles

    What's your long-term/mid-term goal?  Running a half marathon by the early fall

    GTKY: Thunderstorms - love them or hate them? Love!  They're beautiful, and I love the smell of a rainstorm in the summer.
  • What did you do last week? Ate better. Lots of stroller walks!

    What are your plans for this week? Healthy eating and a couple of spin classes. I took one tonight and I felt like death. I miss spinning!

    What's your long-term/mid-term goal? Tone up!

    GTKY: Thunderstorms - love them or hate them? I don't hate them, but they scare me now especially because DH is a big golfer. Whenever he's playing and I hear it, I wait by the window for him to come home!

  • Last week I ran once and walked once, not as much as I planned.

    This week I am back to counting calories and meal planning. I am going to try videos after B goes to sleep.

    I want to hold myself accountable more and drop some weight.

    Love thunderstorms unless they are directly overhead!

  • Last week I was really good with my low carb diet and doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution until my family came in for DDs birthday. I need routine.

    This week DH is in Orlando for a conference so I'm spending the week with my best friend and her daughter, so the eating isn't low carb an the most exercise I've done is walk around the outlets with her.

    Short term goal include getting back on my diet and keeping up with exercise at least 5 days a week. Long term goal is to lose 15 lbs, as eat healthier than usual. I don't plan to do low carb as a lifestyle, but it has helped me lose weight before.

    I love thunderstorms.

  • What did you do last week? 5 days of JM 30DS Moved up to Level 3 this weekend (eek!) I am up another pound and it is goal day. I went back to work this week and my pants don't fit. So I'm all around bummed. But I've managed to work out everyday for the last 3 days so I think that is impressive. 

    What are your plans for this week? I need to try and eat better and keep doing JM! 

    What's your long-term/mid-term goal? A new goal: 10 pounds by labour day! 

    GTKY: Thunderstorms - love them or hate them? Ooh! I used to love them! But now that they wake me up and I have a hard time sleeping or the monitor goes crazy I would strongly prefer them to happen earlier in the day/evening. 

    Also @musicalsilver you are awesome for keeping track of us all and remembering today was my goal day! I'm a bit touched and I logged in today just for this :)
