NWMR: Gift to send for 3rd baby?

I'd love some ideas... my cousin just had her third baby, a boy. Her older two are girls, ages 5 and 22 months.

Any good suggestions for a gift to send? I can only think of gift cards right now. We live a few hours apart, so I'll need to mail it.

I would say for a third baby essentials are a great way to go. This may include diapers, wipes, baby shampoos and lotions. I know a gift card can feel impersonal, but it is a great way for her to buy exactly what she needs.

I also vote for a gift card - I like Target gift cards because if they really don't need anything for the baby, they can buy household stuff.

I would either do boy clothes (in a size bigger than newborn) or a gift card.

I would either do clothes since it's her first boy or a gift card. Even a restaurant gift card for takeout would be much appreciated!

I got mostly clothes and gift cards for every baby other than my first. I always liked when someone bought clothes in bigger sizes since you really only need so many 3 month things. I also liked people who gave me things that I wouldn't use for a while like plates, little silverware sets, etc. And, of course, a Target gift card was always welcome.

What about a little outfit and then something small for the mom too? Maybe just a Starbucks giftcard.

not sure if it is practical where your cousin lives, but I gifted a Zoo membership to my nephew for his 1st birthday. It was a hit!

We just had our third (but our first girl). A LOT of people gave me clothes, which was fine. I second getting 6 or 9 months (just make sure they are seasonally appropriate). Amazon or Target gift cards were the best, so I could get the things I really needed.
