I NEED this! Is it celiac safe prep, or just gluten free? If its the former, get some clean sheets on the guest bed, I'm getting on a plane now.

@mainemama I'm not exactly sure. When I call in the order I just order it gluten-free. I'm assuming they change gloves and stuff, but it's a common kitchen and probably not a guaranteed gluten-free/celiac prep area.

There are a few dedicated gluten-free restaurants popping up in Austin, so I'm excited to try them. If you want to risk it, I can kick the kids out of their bed!
