My friend told me about this last week I started trying it with my now 7 week old and we are all sleeping better for it. What you do is set an alarm for 10/15 minutes before you think baby will wake up crying to eat, pick them up sleeping and touch bottle or nipple to their lower lip. They will open their mouth still asleep and start sucking. They don't require burping because they naturally suck slower when asleep so when they finish eating still asleep you just lay them back down and go back to bed! No fussing, crying etc and the whole thing takes like 10 minutes.

I change DS and burp him before a feed as he goes back to sleep fast and is such a lazy burper then. It avoids all the gas building up. This takes about 20-30 minutes and that includes my bathroom break and coconut oil application
However, the daytime is a whoooooole different game. He's such a non sleeper then a cranky pants.
I use swaddlers if she doesn't have a blue line I don't change her, if she needs to be changed I do it first she will pretty much drowse/sleep through it. When she wakes up hungry she full on panic screams sometimes in like 0 to 60 , gets herself so worked up it takes me sometimes rest of the night to be able to put her down. Like 2:30 am feeding turns into no more sleep that night.for me so by 4 pm the next day I am swaying on my feet.

This is what I do too. Honestly, I've always viewed dreamfeeding as something that doesn't really do anything to actually help them sleep longer, they would have woken up if they weren't fed while asleep and that's not technically getting a long stretch out of them. The longer stretches will come when their stomachs are big enough to hold more. I get why people do it, but it's not for me.
