Hi Ladies,
So I'm at 7w1d now (I think I am, I might be 6w1d though, haven't had my dating u/s yet). My fatigue is TERRIBLE. I am getting 7-8 hours of sleep at night and I still can barely keep my eyes open during the day. Anyone else having trouble with this?
I work a full time job and can't afford to use any sick/vacation days anymore. I want to save those til the third trimester (I only have 5 vacation days and 2 sick days left!). Yesterday it was so bad, I nearly fell asleep on my drive home. I took an hour nap when I got home and I was still tired.
Help!

I don't mean to be a total Debbie Downer, but the fatigue did not let up in 2nd tri for me in my last pregnancy. I sure hope it does this time, but we shall see. I only mention it because everyone around me was telling me the fatigue should get better in 2nd tri, and when it didn't, I legitimately thought something was wrong with me. My doctor wasn't concerned, but I asked her to do some blood work anyway. It all came back normal and she said, you're pregnant, it's normal.
Right now I am more concerned with the nausea going away. I think it makes me more tired to fight back the urge to puke all the time. The nausea DID go away for me last time right at the start of 2nd tri. I am hoping for the same on that front this time.
