My mom is not doing well. She was supposed to start chemo last week and is too weak/ has lost too much weight. Her pain is very intense and she is very nauseated. They have given morphine for pain and she is sedated a lot of the time because of it. She can barely get up and walk around. She is going to Emory in ATL to possibly have a feeding tube put in and an IV tomorrow and if she gets strong enough they will start chemo on the 20th.

I am so sorry to hear this. Sending lots of prayers and positive thoughts to you. My mom had advanced lung cancer and survived. It was a tough journey but she beat it. I will pray the same for your mom. I hope this doesn't sound hokey but pray to st. Jude. He's the saint of desperate causes and helps lots of people with cancer.
