Pediatrician Recommendations in the Verona Area?

Hey there! I'm Steph, a first-time mom-to-be (due July 7). I just started researching possible pediatricians, and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I plan on interviewing several doctors, but am unsure how to go about finding the right one. In addition to all of the usual important stuff, I want to find someone I can click with. Someone open-minded, sassy, and with a sense of humor, much like my OB/GYN (I go to Wombkeepers in Montclair). I feel that personal recommendations are usually the best way to go... could anyone recommend a doc they love in the Verona / Montclair / Caldwell / etc. area? Thank you!

    dr howard schlachter in essex fells might be a bit of a hike for you, but is AMAZING. he was my ped and now sees my kids.

    I use Kinteroglous Pediatrics in West Orange. I can't say enough good things about them. Im a first time mom so I asked around alot before choosing a Pedi. & alot of people recmmended them to me. You can schedule an interview with them so you get to see the office & get a feel of their practice as well as ask any questions you have. I highly recommend them.
