Sorry I'm so late on this...brain fart.

So how are we doing?

  • I went to Zumba again this weekend...I somehow felt more awkward the second time. It didn't help that the air conditioning got turned off in the room...talk about toasty!

    I'm still doing well on workouts. I think I'm going to start coming in on my off days just to do some cardio. Eating has mostly been good, though I gorged myself yesterday, so I'm sure I'll pay for that.

  • I've honestly been rocking it this week! I beat my first goal by .4 pounds (when I weighed myself Saturday). We went to a baseball game yesterday and I totally cheated- beer, hot dog, and garlic fries. But I'm determined to pick up right where I left off and hopefully yesterday won't cause too much damage.
  • started back up on MFP- need to stick with it. It helps SO MUCH to see what I'm eating and making sure I hit my marks on protein and carbs.

    Doing booty burn again tonight!!

    Ran this morning but went at 10. No bueno. I barely did 2 miles. The humidity took my breath away.

    DH bought mini snickers and milky ways and twix for our candy dish. I'm trying to stay farrrrrr away!!

  • I have not been good, too many cookies and estimating food. My weight is holding steady, but I have to get control over the sweet cravings again. Tonight won't help though, DH and I are going out to eat. BUT, I'm motivated to get off my butt today and do some cardio. At least the kids and I are running around a ton with school out and I'll stay really active this summer.

  • Can I do a check in? I'm on track with Bikini Body Mommy workout and I'm back to running everyday. My goal this week is to do 2.5 miles a day. I'm down some inches, but have actually gained weight. AF showed up a week early, so that may have something to do with it. I also am determined to kick my soda habit and stop eating late. I'm trying to make sure I have a filling breakfast and then eat small meals the rest of the day. I'm also trying hard not to get discouraged.
    Because you're mine, I walk the line....

    Down 1 pound this week. Haven't exercised since I ran a 5k last Saturday. I really need to start making time for exercising.

  • I restarted today.  Eating was good, workout was hard, but good.
    I was up to 160 this morning.  That used to be good for me...  now it's not so great.  I just need to keep it up.
  • I was *this* close to getting a delicious ipa out of the fridge, but instead I got a glass of ice water and did two sets of pushups and two 30 seconds planks! But I kinda ate cookie dough for breakfast :-S

  • I start strong at the beginning of the week and fall apart somewhere in the middle. This week, I'm determined to track everything I eat . There's a potluck today and tomorrow at work. Wish me luck!

    Thinking of you while I enjoy this Goose Island Endless IPA ;)

    But I did 11 miles on the bike this a.m. so I don't feel too bad
