I loved this - I feel this not being a SAHM. I work from home full-time...so other than DH and daycare people, I don't encounter many people. We live with my parents right now, and I honestly think that keeps me happy - it'll be interesting when we move out... We did get out a bit yesterday, that was nice...but then it pushed back DD's nap, which pushed back her bedtime, which caused her to wake up even earlier this AM. So much for trying!
Thanks for sharing that, it helped me feel better. Especially the part that says one day we'd gladly give up all our friends to have our children be small again. I'm so lucky I can be a SAHM and though it can get very lonely and I'll go all day having extremely one sided conversations, I'd rather be doing that than anything else!
I really needed that, is it crazy that I teared up a little while reading? I have not had a lot of contact with my group of friends. I have felt left out for a while now, it's hard having the youngest baby and being so tired from working full time and caring for an infant full time. This made me see things a little differently! Thank you!
