Ditto the others with olive oil and lemon and then any spices you want. We have it once a week in the summer and it is delicious. You can throw other veggies into the foil to bake with the fish. Ohhhh and fingerling potatoes.
I often saute the fish, then remove fish and saute grape tomatoes/black olives (halved) with a few squeezes of lemon for a few minutes in the same pan, pour on top.
Or, as has been suggested, bake with a few squeezes of lemon and a few good sprinkles of old bay or creole seasoning.
My favourite is pan fry with olive oil and lemon. Serve hot wrapped in a tortilla with lettuce, red onion, red pepper and cucumber. Mix a little mayo with garlic, dill and lime juice and drizzle over top...wrap it up and enjoy!!
