mini pill mood swings?

I just want to start out by saying that I am going to call my doctor.

I started the mini pill on Thursday. The past few days I have been feeling "off". I will start crying out of nowhere and am feeling depressed. It hits me like a wave. Last week and before I felt completely fine... not depressed so I dont think its PPD. I read depression can be a side effect and I am going to call my doctor. I just wanted to see if anyone else here had the same problem with the mini pill?

    I just finished my first month.. I can't tell if it's the pill effecting me or the lack of sleep, either way I am slightly grumpier than usual

    I started it Thursday as well. So far havent noticed a difference in my mood, still hard to find patience when dealing with DD who will be 3 years old in a month..

    But today I started spotting again or bleeding cuz its bright red....ugh, I literally just put the box of pads in a tote downstairs because with DD #1 vag delivery I didnt bleed for like 2 years after cuz  of BF. and the pill of course,

    nervous now because we had sex Saturday night and Dr said to use a condom for the first month on the pill and DH wanted to use the pull out method and wasnt entirely successful.  with the pill, BF and a small amount ejected inside I really dont want two babies under one year old. we are actually most likely done anyways..
