  No help on the PB tote, but I found a big tote at target a few years back; it works ok, I do wish it were larger. I think also llbean has some and maybe try that "thirty-one" line of products? They have all kinds of bags so they probably have big totes. If you find one you like let me know - I need to upgrade!

  My diaper bag would make a great beach bag. It can easily fit everything you listed and it zips.
  
  Its the skip hop duo double (the twin one). A weird suggestion but its durable and has tons of room.

  I have the large utility tote from Thirty-One as my beach/pool bag.  It's huge! I can fit towels, clothes, pool toys, etc. The only thing is that it doesn't zip.

  I got a large one from Meijer. It's got that nautical theme going, holds 4 towels, clothes, lotions, & snacks.
