I was out of town all day, and did all of the driving. I was hoping to do the updates tonight, but I'm tired! So fill us in on how you're doing, and if you have any changes for me to make.

I'm just hanging out at CD 44. I've been spotting for 5 days now, but nothing I can call CD 1. My ute feels like crap...attributing this to my endo. I've never had it feel this bad when I was just spotting, so that's great (sarcasm). Once I can officially declare CD 1, our IVF journey can begin.

Hi! Can I be added again to this check in?? I've been slowly easing back in to posting.

I am on the bench for now until AF shows up again. I have one more blood draw tomorrow to make sure my betas are at zero. They were 31 last week so I'm pretty sure by tomorrow I should be at zero. My cycles are naturally on the longer side (like 37-40 days), so I'm afraid having a loss will mean an even longer cycle. I'm still going to use OPK's just so can have some idea of when to expect AF. DH and I have talked a lot about what we want to do, and we've both decided that we would like to jump back into IUI as soon as we are able. I'm going to talk to my nurse tomorrow about our decision.

We did IUI#2 yesterday. DH numbers went up in count, but not so much in motility. Still ended up with more than last time, so that's good. He had white blood cells in his SA, so they put him on antibiotics. So, we are now in the dreaded 2WW. I feel pretty good. Just exhausted & starting to feel a little bloated everywhere. But much better than last time! I feel much more hopeful this go 'round, for whatever reason. Good luck to all the ladies who are cycling & in the 2ww! And of course to those benched to get off the bench soon!

No changes here: taking a break for summer, have a consult with a new RE with good IVF rates and we'll probably be moving on to IVF late summer at the earliest, unless our consult suggests we should do otherwise. I have some pre-IVF testing to complete like re-doing CD3 labs and I toally jinxed myself: scheduled an appt for my annual physical with my primary care doc which happened to align with what should be CD2-4. She's planning to get my labs and will try to code what she can to be covered by insurance. Of course, after 6 months of regular cycles, I think this one is going to be wonky. I've been getting positive OPKs reliably for 6 months at day 15, and here we are at CD15 and I'm getting stark white negatives and no other signs. Now I just know CD3 will be on my vacatiion comng uo. That's what I get for planning ahead and trying to feel like I'm in control! I had a great weekend enjoying our great weather here. @ky29 long drives suck! I hope you get some rest!

Good luck everyone!

I'm on day 10 of stimming for IVF. As of yesterday I had about 20 follicles biggest being 15mm. I'm going back for monitoring in the morning and I imagine I'll be triggering really soon or I hope so because holy crap my ovaries are killing me. Every step I make I can definitely feel them and there is just a general cramping all over in my abdomen. Today was a good day to catch up on everything on my DVR.

@caterinac I will add you to my thoughts! I am so sorry to hear that. Cancer is the nastiest disease and most non discrimintating one too can hit anyone! That was the hardest in Hospice the young cancer patients =( ((hugs)) Spreading Baby dust for you this cycle!

Well this cycle was a shocker.... I was 13DPO with a BFN was gonna wait til next week to give it some time then let Dr know so she can beta me and restart round 3 of provera/clomid. And BAM! I get AF.... I havent had one on my own in like 5 months! I was shocked. So I tried calling the office on Friday and doc was out til monday. So I am hoping that I can get started on the next clomid round. It appears to be working to make me ovulate. So really hoping for a better cycle

Plus I'm really loving the weather. Me and hubby have been feeling pretty good lately and super thankful for our lives we have. So heres to hoping! If all goes well this month I should be able to test on 4th of July which me and DH have been together 4 years. Wouldnt that be fabulous

I haven't checked in in a while .... I took a break in May but this cycle I'm doing IUI #2. Clomid 150mg CD4-8 and after a bit of a delay I finally had an ultrasound that showed a follicles at 17 and 166mm. Triggered tonight and then doing a double iui on Mon (tomorrow!) And again Tue

CD11 ultrasound showed 6.4mm lining and 1 10.5mm follie and many slightly smaller. Getting repeat SA results today, urology appt and then CD15 ultrasound Wednesday...feels like an IF week, but also very exciting since things are finally happening! Feeling pretty relaxed about it since school's almost out and I can deal with the IF schedule better over the summer.

@iputketchuponketchup Sorry the docs are being poopy about getting the testing done...hope all those results come in soon!

@je11ybean85 Ohh fun we're in a similar place cycle-wise...hope the timing works out well for you!

@stacyLH24 How unfair, cramps with spotting! I hope AF comes soon.

Yesterday was CD 1

It came 2 days early, so that cycle was only a whoppin 22 days long.

And since it came early...that puts our prime baby-making days over DH's birthday. Which normally...would be all good, except we're camping with his parents that weekend and will be in the same trailer!

13DPO over here, I have never made it that far without cramping or AF showing up! BFN yesterday morning, planning to test again in the morning if AF is a no show. I've been soo sick with an upper respiratory infection since last Monday, perhaps my body just forgot to shut things down?

I have had random long LP a couple of times before, but lots of cramping and PMS. If this cycle would have ended early (like 99% of them) I maybe could have squeezed an IUI in before we left for vacation... We'll be trying naturally for 2 cycles due to vacation/work schedules now.

EDIT: Need to add that I'm looking forward to my follow up appt with RE on Friday. I feel like I've made up my mind as to how we are moving forward... hoping I can get her to order new CD3 bloodwork, since it has been about a year and my OB ordered and analyzed it last time.

AFM, I couldn't stand the thought of being benched for a cyst for a regular *cycle* of mine (which could be two months or more) so I begged my nurse to put me on birth control pills. At first she didn't want to because they aren't proven to help the cyst, but when I explained that I wanted my period sooner so I could (hopefully) cycle in the summer when I'm off work, she agreed!

I have 17 days of BCPs left! This is literally the first time in my life I've taken BCPs, the time when I most want to be pregnant. :-P

Ah...I'm on CD 29 with a BFN on CD 27 but still no AF....what a mind game!

Edit: Had the wrong CDs...my brain is going crazy!

Thanks! I'm still pretty bummed about being benched, but it seems manageable now, which is good. :-) I'm trying my best to have a positive attitude and make the most of my month off.

hugs to everyone that needs them

I got nothing, zip, zilch, nada. Waiting on AF to show up, decided to hold off on the Provera, RE left it up to me and I really didn't want to deal with the crazy lady that provera makes me.

DH actually looked a donor sperm catalogue with me over the weekend, he's starting to come around to the idea of it, but not there quite yet.

Not much going on here. On cd18 of my uneventful natural cycle. Feels so strange not knowing what's going on in my ovaries! Dr wants me to wait until cd35 to see if AF comes but since I've had zero cramping (which I normally have around ovulation) I'm not very hopeful she will show up.

FX for all of you in your 2ww! Hope this is your month.

@CaterinaC‌ I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. Cancer is a nasty bitch and 28 is too young...y'all will all be in my prayers

@athlete010688‌ oh no! How's that for cruddy timing!? I was in a similar situation last cycle...fertile days fell during our camping trip with DHs whole family. Thank goodness we had our own tent but it was still incredibly awkward. I hope you find a solution!

I'm working on laying eggs.lol. We are on IUI#1. Started 100mg Clomid Sunday and holy hot flashes! Today I was fine. Minor cramping,but I don't know if that's from the Clomid or from AF. I'm stoked we're doing this finally!

I'm waiting to find out whether we are cancelling my cycle or going ahead with insemination tomorrow. I used Clomid for the first time to try to get a greater number of mature follicles, but so far there's only one mature one, and my lining is very thin (0.4). I usually have 1-2 mature follicles on my own with lining at 0.7 or greater. We're only going to bother going ahead if there's more than one mature follicle (we're using donor sperm and don't want to waste it on a lousy cycle). I'm thinking of doing one round with injectables before starting IVF in the fall (due to scheduling issues, I can't start the IVF protocol any sooner).

AF showed up today! We have decided to switch RE's...break this cycle...and go into IUI #1 with our new doctor next cycle!
I'm looking forward to a cycle with no meds...and say stress but I'm sure I'll end up doing opk's and trying anyways...juuuuuust in case!

Hi! Can I join in on this post? We got our plan for treatment. Starting progesterone to bring on AF then clomid on d3 IUI #1 shortly after!! Hoping for the best for all of us!
