This may be an UO, but I would take her. I would make sure you have an out for her - like can you and H take separate cars, or could a grandparent take her home early if need be? Also pack Advil/Tylenol if needed, and supplies like snacks, books, a few toys, whatever.
I think people would understand if you have to leave early. In my experience it's more important that you were there than how long you stayed. Just try an be as sensitive as possible if she seems to be crashing.
Maybe I'm out of line here. This is what I would do.
I would not take her. Kids have bursts of energy even while quite sick. It would suck for her to have a relapse while there. Plus, no one else wants her germs and she is still considered contagious until fever free for 24 hrs.
