Multiple Soft Markers Found at 20 Weeks

We had our 20 week u/s and they found 3 soft markers:
  • one kidney is dilated
  • bilateral choroid plexus cysts
  • 2 vessel cord
Each alone is no call for alarm but all 3 present together has caused more panic and worry than i have ever felt before, i have read anything i can get my hands on regarding these markers and i called the perinatologist (fetal expert) and scheduled a level 2 u/s for 2 weeks from now, i am just dying until then... every kick i feel makes my heart skip a beat and i cant help but think if i will get to meet this little boy inside me or if i have been chosen merely as a means of connecting him to heaven... please help me, share you story, your insight, PLEASE.

    I don't have any real knowledge on this...maybe ask your doctor?  I'm sorry you are going through this and hope that you get some good news!

    Maybe try posting this on the high risk board. There may be someone on there who has been through this or knows more about it.
