Diarrea in 7 week old

My baby normally poops several times a day. Friday night he had diarrhea, looked like pea soup. Then he didn't poop at all on Saturday. On Sunday morning he had diarrhea again and didn't poop the rest of the day. His mood, sleeping patterns, and feeding habits haven't changed and his temperature is normal. He is also giving me lots of wet diapers like normal. He is EBF and I haven't changed anything in my diet. Should I be taking him to the doctor, or only if he starts having other changes in his normal patterns?

Isn't all of their poop kind of diarrhea at this point? How do you distinguish?

Is it super foul smelling? If not, probably just a variation of normal EBF poop!

It had more of a bad smell than normal and it didn't have the seedy looking pieces like usual. Plus it was really liquidy. That's what made me think it was diarrhea. I could just be over reacting though; I am a FTM.

I had the same thing happen to my DS when he was 5 weeks old. He was pooping highlighter green color poop and it was all liquid. Pedi said that it might have been something I ate or just his body reacting differently. She said that the only colors that I should worry about are white (their liver isn't working), red (blood in the rectum), or black (blood in the intestines) other than those colors, there is nothing to worry about.

As far as consistency, as long as they seem hydrated (wet eyes, wet diapers, etc) then not to worry.
