Thawed breast milk

I know the 5-5-5 rule when it comes to storing expressed milk. However, when you thaw milk, how long can it stay in the fridge after it has been thawed? I was assuming five days but have read a few different things. One of which says only 24 hours after. I just don't want any to go to waste. Thanks for any advice :-)

Can I ask what the 555 rule stands for?

It's a recommendation for milk storage. I've also heard it as 6-6-6. But 5 hours at room temp, 5 days in the fridge, and 5 months in the freezer.

Just wanted to throw out there, I heard 4-4-4 in my breast feeding class, then 6-6-6 in the NICU and have also seen 5-5-5 on here... so there is definitely variation to this rule.
