Someone tell me to finish the stupid Endometrin.

I ran out of endometrin. I have to continue it for 5 more stupid days and have to order an entire box and won't even use it all.
Which, cool except it's $147. I seriously thought about just stopping it but I know that's stupid.

    it's a progesterone suppository I have to shove up my hooch 3x a day for 12 weeks because I got pregnant from Menopur injections.

    Its gross and messy and then I leak all day. I am so over it.

    RE appointment & testing December 2013 - February 2014= Unexplained IF, possible endometriosis
    IUI#1- March 22 (100mg clomid, 75 mg of Bravelle, Ovidrel trigger) = BFP!!!

    In the end, I will but I really considered quitting. Most people stop at 11 but my dr said 12. I just needed to whine, lol

    Can they only order you 5 pills? Can the order a generic instead to save money? I know it sucks! I had to take it til week 10 and was counting down the days!

    Exact same thing happened to me. $150 for a month worth of meds that I only needed for a week! I sucked it up too, but I was annoyed by it! I only have three days left, thank goodness because I'm over the leak!!

    ET of 2 great quality embryos. + BFP on 9dp5dt. Beta #1 (10dp5dt): 257, Beta #2 (14dp5dt): 1561,

    Beta #3 (21dp5d5): 8,172. Wow. It seems this is actually working. Shocked beyond belief.

    1st u/s @6w5d: Baby A hb 124, Baby B hb 127 (Both measuring perfectly!)

    Lost baby A. Praying that baby B stays healthy. Baby B hb 175 at 11 weeks

    It's a GIRL!!!

    They should just be able to send you the bullets you need, even though your placenta is most likely doing all he progesterone making work now.

    I am going to ask tomorrow if they can order some prometrium. So much cheaper. I have enough to last another day but get overnight shipping if they wont.

    I used PIO this time, but have done crinone in the past for numerous cycles, and I know the constant leak is annoying and irritating! See if they can send you the amount you need and count down the days!! GL :)

    TTC since 2008
    Dh:34, no issues.  Me:31, Endo, slightly hypothyroid, deformed ovary, paracentric inversion.
    4 Gonal-F, Cetrotide, HcG, Crinone +TI cycles= all BFN
    Lap in 2012 to remove large unresolving cyst discovered endo and double lobed ovary.
     6 Gonal-F, Cetrotide, HcG, Crinone IUI cycles= All BFN,
    1st IVF w/ICSI- June '13 Antagonist: Gonal-F, Menopur, Ganirelix, HcG, Estradiol, Crinone= 7 retrieved, 4 mature, 1 unfertilized, 2 abnormally fertilized, 1 normally fertilized.  2DT of only embryo and our miracle BFP.
    Our beloved baby boy was born sleeping Oct. 13, 2013 due to pROM/IC/Uterine infection.
    2nd IVF w/ICSI- Feb. '14 EPP/lupron/antagonist: Estrace, lupron, HGH, Gonal-F, Menopur, HcG, PIO, lovenox, doxy/dex.=21 retrieved, 16 mature, 15 fertilized!!  5dt of 1 blast/ 6 frozen. BFP!  Beta 1 9dp5dt:83.9  Beta 2: 11dp5dt: 145.2  Beta 3  14dp5dt: 497  Please be our sticky rainbow baby!

    Same thing happened to me. I just reordered it.

    BFP 7/16/13, EDD 3/27/14 - blighted ovum  - D&C 8/26/13
    Dx PCOS and Septate Uterus
    Septum Resection - 2/6/14
    brand new cuterus
    March 2014:   first medicated cycle + iui     = BFP!
    Baby Drgn born December 3, 2014

    FWIW, my doc said the placenta takes over at 10-12 weeks so at 10 weeks I weaned down to once a day (instead of 2) and then every other day. I was done by 11 weeks. but my doc told me to do this. If yours didn't I wouldn't "disobey" even if its almost certainly not going to cause harm. But I do feel your pain and progesterone sucks ASS!

    I'm not on PIO, just the hooch pills 3x a day.
    I've been read the prometrium works as well and I can get 24 for $10.

    The RE prescribed the endometrium but I am not under her car anymore so hopefully the OB will go for prometrium. I sent a message through the portal earlier asking.

    I have been done with the PIO for almost 4 weeks and my ass is still sore in spots.

    Ugh, I am so glad I am done with shots except my monthly b-12. Yay for you though!
