Liquid vitamins

I've been giving my ds liquid multi vitamins by enfamil. He's 2 years old. I'm noticing the vitamins have been staining his teeth. They turned them almost a greyish color. Also if I drop some on his clothes the stain doesn't come out even after washing in the washing machine. Any suggestions for a liquid multivitamin that is clear or no artificial coloring in it?

Re: Liquid vitamins

  • No but if he's 2, you can start giving half of a Flintstones-type chewable each day. DD's pediatrician told us we could switch around then. She likes them, too, which is great. But beware, the gummy vitamins do NOT contain iron. Not a single one of them. Read the boxes before you buy... The crunchy chewables are what you'd look for, but even some of them leave out the iron. (It's the only thing in the vitamins that can truly cause problems if your child gets into them and eats a whole bunch, so I'm guessing that's probably why).
