I'm in my second trimester and the carpal tunnel has kicked in. I've read (and tried) what the internet says to do but, does anyone have any helpful tricks that worked for them? Thank you!
@wildflower810 That's great info! I'm a dental hygienist and experience neuropathy from time to time, although I've never gone to get it checked out. If anything, this can't hurt to try!
I've had carpal tunnel for years. Wearing wrist braces while sleeping makes a huge difference. Don't wear them during the day as well unless your doctor says so because your muscles will atrophy. When you are sleeping your wrists relax and bend causing pressure since the carpal tunnel is already inflamed. Braces help prevent extra compression and should prevent the numbness and tingling in the morning.
