Funny things kids say

Today, our son was jumping on the bed and yelling chow-mein. I didn't pay attention as he talks chibberish all the time. So at lunch time we went to biy some new shoes and he was pointing to a pair and yelled chow-mein. He meant spiderman :-)

When my DD was 2, she saw her daddy peeing and said "Daddy, you pee from a crayon."

My husband told me later that he would have felt better if she would have said a jumbo marker...haha!

I was at a graduation party today and a little girl about 3 came up to me and said "I like your baby" and I said thank you and to Amelia "say hi Amelia!" This little girl looked at me like I was the dumbest person in the world and goes "uh babies don't talk" and walked away

DS1 says the funniest things all the time. The first time I put Keira in baby jeans she happened to be crying and he tells me, "Mom, she's crying because you pinched her penis in the zipper." "No, Keira is a girl and she doesn't have a penis." "Oh yeah, girls have butts!" Oh, the logic of a 3 yo boy

My 3 year old son has said some good ones lately. The other day he asked of Brixton could drink water. I told him that he can drink water from a bottle but he kinda gets water from the mama milk (our term for breast milk). To which he replied "oh, from your boob??"
His new favorite saying is "what the hell?!"
Sitting at the dinner table he looked at me and said "mom, can I say boob?" Umm sure?

The other day while we were in the car, I was reminding him that a green light means go and a red light means stop. We were at a red light and I asked him if he could tell me when it turned green. When it changed, he told me it was green and I said, "thanks for keeping an eye out!" His reply: "No problem!" I love it when he says adult-sounding things like "no problem."

DS1 pooped in a public potty for the first time this week! Afterwards he yelled out "mommy, my turd looks like a banana!"
Luckily the restroom was quite crowded so I wasn't the only one who got to enjoy that gem.
