I feel like I am stepping way into TMI territory with this one, but this has been bugging me for a little over a week so I am finally breaking down and asking you ladies. Anyway else's vag sore?
Lol, sorry, couldn't think of a polite way to say it without sounding like an awkward middle schooler so I went full on blunt. Anyhow, mine has been pretty sore/tender lately. I will go to wipe in the bathroom and I've now got to be ridiculously lay gentle. The best thing I can compare it to is, you know that sore/achey feeling you get when you have a lot of sex in a short amount of time (totally not the case, much to DH's disappointment). Its not friction pain, just tender to the touch. Almost like I've been kicked there. So I'll ask again, in the creepiest way I can think of at midnight when I should be sleeping... how does your vag feel? ;;)
Re: awkward question alert - anyone else hurting
Whatever it might be, I hope it goes away quickly so you can get some relief! Oh! Maybe try an ice pack for temporary relief? Since that's something they mention for post-delivery soreness it could be worth trying now...
@aeandjb a warm bath sounds like a good place to start. I usually take showers because our bathtub is weird and I am too lazy to bother with the extra effort it takes to get out of it in a regular basis. Sad but true. But I may have to make an exception.
@carabelle thanks for the ice pack tip, I may try that if it gets bad. It's tolerable at the moment. Just weird and super annoying. Luckily no lightening vag thought. I live in fear of that though, it sounds awful.
@alexgenie no burning pee currently, so I am glad of that. When you said thrush, I laughed at first, only because we have horses and under the right conditions, they get thrush on the underside of their hooves. It's black, and kind of gooey and funky as hell. My first thought was 'no, my vag is thrush free, thanks' lol. Obviously, it's not the exact same thing, but that's where mine mind went at five am.
@singingmama10 it's not a stinging pain, thankfully. Just sore, like I've had a little too much fun with DH or something. Except that is so not the case. It's like feeling hung over when you haven't even drank any alcohol, lol.
Thanks for all the tips and ideas ladies! Hope everyone has a pain free day
It sounds like something I would personally go see the doctor about. From my experience your vagina shouldn't hurt like that durring this early of pregnancy.
I would get it checked out if it lasts any longer.
