Roll call?

Good morning! Where is everyone?
For fun-- what's one thing about your LO that makes you melt?

Re: Roll call?

  • Up nursing DS. He decided to take his last meal of the day at 7:45 and call it a night. So he was up ready to eat by 3:30.
One thing that makes me melt is the fact that he babbles and coos ALL THE TIME! He talks after he spits up, he has a different voice to talk while he's trying to poo, he talks to me every time I put my face close... I love to hear his voice. DD was totally different. She was quiet and serious.

  • Up pumping. With this cold, I couldn't fall back asleep after the 3am feeding. And I'm worried about my supply with the cold meds I took to be able to sleep in the first place.

  • Feeding my babe! This is the third night in a row that she hasn't slept as well as she normally does. She usually has a nice long stretch early on, maybe from 9-2 or 3. Lately she's been waking up after only about two hours (3 hours since her last feeding). Maybe she's going through a growth spurt? She always feeds every 3 hours during the day but usually she goes longer at night. Now it's every 3 hours at night too. I-)
What makes me melt: her enormous smile when I talk to her. Now You've forced me to attach a pic!

  • Apparently 5 is the new 6 :(. Last few nights we've only made it to 4 or 5 am.

What makes me melt is when you think she's grumpy then she sees mummy and does this grin and wiggles her whole body. She's been less smiley these last few days. Maybe it's the 3 month growth spurt.

  • Up feeding. This pout makes me melt.
  • I'm up for the second time. I was up too long after the first so I'm dragging right now. I'm worried about my supply, though, so I pumped after we nursed. She only nursed one side and I still only got a whopping 2 ounces total. :( I'm so worried working is going to be the nail in the breast feeding coffin.

I love that my little girl smiles and giggles when she's falling into a deeper sleep. I know she's ready lay down because she laughs her way into dreamland.

Still up pumping. I'm not sure why but every morning when I'm up nursing and pumping my allergies kick my butt! I'm stuffed up, and my eyes water like crazy it's not fun.

    Come
    On
    Boobs
    Pump!
    Need sleep!

Perhaps coincidence but my allergies suck too. Maybe it's just the am and sleep deprivation.
A lot of people I know are saying their allergies are really bad right now. I've never had allergies before, but lately I think I do. Maybe it's just a really bad year for them?
