I guess I should be thankful I live in New Jersey - but it is a little bit of a myth that IVF is "covered".  In my experience it often depends on where your insurance plan is issued from - and ours comes through Pennsylvania even though we live in New Jersey.  So we still pay a large chunk of money out of pocket.

Two failed rounds IUI in 2010
IVF #1 in 2011 - BFP 8/5/11 - Our IVF miracle was born 4/8/12
FET 9/23/13; BFP -Twins-10/3/13; EDD 6/10/14; MC 11/1/13; D&C 11/4/13
FET 3/28/14; BFN - 4/7/14
IVF #2 - Transfer 2 embryos 11/14/14; BFP 11/24/14 - Beta 265;
11/26/14 - Beta 612; 11/28/14 - Beta 1263; 12/1/14 - Beta 3571;
12/3/14 - first u/s - two gestational sacs; 12/17/14 - two healthy heartbeats (132 and 134)
Our IVF miracles were born 7/16/15

    We got a B, but we have zero coverage 100% OOP. I think it is ridiculous just because specialist are present it makes the score higher- let alone support a criteria. Seriously- how many ppl here actually use any support groups in their state- or is it TB and small group of friends only? Or am I an emotion eating minority?

    My state, Iowa got a "B". So, I guess not too bad. However, one state over is Illinois and they require fertility coverage. Wish Iowa would catch up to them on that.

    DD conceived after 3 years of ttc.
    MFI - DH had varicocele repair and took Clomid to get DD b. 02/2010

    TTC #2 since 6/2010
    10/2012 DH diagnosed with Epilepsy
    A few failed IUIs summer 2012 and 2013. 
    DH taking clomid and waiting to see if he needs another vericocele repair. 
    Hoping for a 2015 baby or babies. 
    Wishing, hoping, waiting.

    I don't use a support group here. I'm a member of the International Asherman's Association and see a therapist that specializes in Infertility. But even having a specialist here didn't get me proper care. I had to go two states away. Maine got a C and has no insurance coverage required.
    After two losses, a rainbow arrived! DD born 11.5.11
    Dx with severe Asherman's syndrome after a botched PP D&C (pursuing med mal)
    Hysteroscopy Oct '13, not enough progress 
    Hysteroscopy Jan '14, given an end-of-the-road diagnosis
    Joined International Asherman's Association April '14 
    Not ready to give up yet.
    Hysteroscopy with Dr. Isaacson (an expert in the USA) 6.2.14: Good prognosis, at least 50% of cavity open.
    Repeat hysteroscopy scheduled with Dr. I on 6.16.14. Great progress. Unbenched!!!!
    Discussing actively TTC with DH after the heartache of the last year. We're both reeling.
