Father's Day - Incredible husbands being "full-time dad"

edited June 2014 in Working Moms

Does anyone here have a husband or significant other who is the "full-time dad" taking care of their kids?  We're first time parents who've been struggling with a colicky baby.  I work 32-hr so he's been taking care of her and words cannot express how much I love him.  Not that working parents are any less but I really feel it's a hard job taking care of children.  I want to praise dads with Father's Day coming up and a special recognition to those incredible men who are "full-time" at home.

I'm pretty sure all dads are full time dads, just like moms, even when they work outside the home. The term you are looking for is stay at home dads.

But yes, dads are great. :)
