Estrogen makes me green

Hi loves - anyone have experience being super nauseous with estrace? It happens every damn time I take it. I've tried food with it and it doesn't seem to make a difference. I'm positively green and I still have almost a month of this.

You and me- this boat- it's the same damn one. I can eat breakfast, then I'm sick all day from estrace, then I can eat dinner and that is about it. I've thrown up twice from it this cycle- first time for that- usually just super nauseous I can't eat!

Also, I'm in a high protein diet- not low carb,but lower. I notice when u have carbs I am less sick? Maybe I just want an effing pizza...

I don't know why it is so bad during day for me? I figured because it had calmed down from night dose and just before morning dose- then it calms down by evening in time for dinner and next dose. The vomiting is no fun, but it sounds like you are all the time?

It's pretty constant for me. I wonder if I need to change the time of day that I'm taking it. I take my first dose as soon as I get up (4 AM) and my evening dose around 5 when I get home. In both cases it is usually pre-food, but taking it with food doesn't help at all. I get a window of an hour or two in the early afternoon before my second dose where I don't feel like death. Otherwise I'm on the verge of puking all the time.

I took my dose yesterday with fruit and a bagel and my dose today with a spinach and pineapple smoothie. No difference at all. Blah!

Try doing it like 8am and pm- this might help (my schedule- allows me to eat breakfast and dinner in between it wearing down and taking again). I feel for you- this sucks- but if it works right??? How much longer for you?

It pisses me off that all these fertility meds give you pregnancy symptoms. It makes it impossible to tell if any symptoms are real or not. All the fun of being pregnant with no baby to show for it. Sorry you feel pukey

I was going out of my mind w the back aches and cramps today. This cycle is probably the worst I have felt physically, but I am seriously like zen mentally. Weird, don't know if I'd rather feel better and be biotchy

@Momarazzi007 I am still really nauseous, and I'm adding dizzy, crampy, bloated, and just downright bitchy. I didn't eat much today which seemed to help a little - have switched to mostly fruit/vegetable juices and smoothies until dinner. I wasn't starving and I didn't have to vomit so I'm calling it a win. How are you tonight lady?

Same, I do protien vegan smoothies during day when I can too so that seems to be a win. Yesterday I did not vomit so double win!!! Hope today is a good day! Weekends should not have sick!!!

@Momarazzi007, how was today? I was mostly okay. Just a few instances of serious nausea. I'm icky again tonight but I was able to manage pretty well out and about today. I am crediting my kale smoothie for breakfast.

So yesterday did not puke- but I only had a cup of coffee for breakfast and my vega protein smoothie early morning and nothing until 5pm. I was starving by then, ate too much and got heartburn. Good times. Apparently just not eating at all works for me!

Much better since starting progesterone!!! I was thinking about you this morning! I hope today goes smoothly- I know the longer I was on just the estrace the worse it got. I hope your body adjusts a little for your sanity!!!
