    I receive something (very minimal. Very) but I think once the divorce is settled I will get more (I hope anyway) but I'm pretty sure he will pay when and what he is ordered to. But who the hell knows this shit can change on an hourly basis with him.

    i get pennies every now and then, nothing that actually helps pay for anything for K. we actually have a follow up court date this thursday from his contempt from not paying....that should be fun

    I agree with this. However in my state there is a child support calculator so you can put in your income and his to see what he should be paying for child support alone. Technically, depending on how long you've been married, him allowing you to live there rent free could be something you are entitled to in addition to child support. One really has nothing to do with the other.

    I receive no official payment but again we are on good terms so when BD comes to stay every weekend he brings supplies or buys our meals etc, I told him from the get go I want nothing from him I can do this on my own, he is the one who chooses to come and to contribute.
    Its a good arrangement we are both happy so until shiz hits the fan we shall leave it how it is :)
    I'm lucky to have a lot of family support to make it possible :)

    Thats awesome, i get a lot of help from my family to make my going to school possible i wouldnt be able to do it without them
