I've never been so aware of my ovaries!

On day 10 of stims and I've been advised not to run or jump around because my ovaries are so heavy lol. At my appt. this morning the nurse said the follicles on my right ovary are crowding on each other. My left ovary however is not being a team player (has about half the follicles as the right). I thought for sure I would trigger tonight but they said not yet. My estrogen is at 3100. This is our first ivf cycle so I'm not sure what to expect. So nerve wrecking! I know a lot of you are going through this too. Thanks for hearing me vent a bit. Happy Friday!! :-bd

    During my first IVF cycle, I had "kissing ovaries" because they were so big.  Good luck with your cycle!

    Wow, with e2 that high you must have a nice high number of follies! And yes, very very aware of ovaries since they used to be the size of your thumb are now the size of a lemon at least!

    TTC since July 2009. Dx MFI & LPD. 
    IUI#1&2&3 (2011 & 2012) BFN
    IUI#4 1/23/13 on 75iu x9 Follistim = BFP then chem preg m/c (Feb 2013)
    IUI#5 BFN (April 2013)

    Holy moly, I've only done clomid and I thought my insides were going to explode. I couldn't imagine, take it easy and good Luck!

    @katieb77 they said I have about 10 that are over 12mm but I have lots of little ones still. Hoping they mature more but it seems like my right ovary is overcrowded already. Not sure how big these puppies can get!? We are doing this soley for PGS since I keep having miscarriages due to aneuploidy. Looking for quality over quantity I guess. Next week will be a nail biter!

    Those 12mm need to get to 17-20mm so you're going to be feelings insanely bloated come Monday and Tuesday

    Also have hypothyroidism

    Started TTC again 12/2013

    IUI #2:Letrozole CD 3 - 7, Follistim CD 9, Trigger CD 10, IUI CD12. BFN

    Current plan: IVF with PGD. Antagonist - Vivelle Protocal. Stim start 12/1. ER 12/14.

    @Megdowntheshore‌ yes! It's especially bad in the morning for some reason. I'm afraid I'm going to sneeze and either pop an ovary or wet myself LOL. Oh the joy. Let's just hope it's all worth it in the end. How did you ER go?

    Oh gosh yes what a strange feeling that is. With an e2 that high I'm sure you've got lots brewing in there :) hope you can trigger soon and free the eggies!!!
