NBR - Moving cross country blows.. Hold me..

So! First bit of news. We finally got the official word from the Army! My husband is getting his chapter, and we get to go home. All the I's are dotted, T's crossed, we are just finishing up the medical requirements for them to out process him. So that is the "YAAAAAY!!!", the "booooo..." is that we JUST got the final word two days ago, and they told us we have 3 to 4 weeks before we move. Que panic. I am trying to find us a rental, a country away, while simultaneously packing, getting Thoren to his appts, plus mine, prepping a shotgun yard sale, cleaning, and running a small business (i just launched a natural skin care line, if interested in finding out what i am selling check out my blog :) all proceeds are going to the move, link in my siggy). I am.. Exhausted, excited, relieved, overwhelmed, scared... A little bit of everything. I am glad that we finally won, i am scared of the unknown though, and overwhelmed with the timeline. I just hope this all works out for us.. Sigh.

    Thanks! I am beyond excited, i just have to keep my head in the game and focus on the positives. I am so ready to be with family again. It's just hard when i stare at my totally-not-move-ready house lol.

    @kittynap, i still haven't been able to reach anyone about it. I have this horrible feeling that it fell through the cracks. Texas healthcare is abysmal.

    @kittynap - I finally got ahold of them, and get this, there is NOTHING on my liver. The first scan? Looks like the got mine and another patients films mixed up. My liver is perfectly healthy. There are a couple tiny ovarian cysts, but my doctor thinks they will resolve on their own, and are really common in my family. On the one hand? Of course i am relieved and grateful that everything is okay. On the other hand? I just spent 2.5 weeks waiting to find out if i was being handed a potential death sentence, liver cancer does not have good odds. So i am also seriously pissed, and now what about that other patient? I hope they notified her..

    @thisdecaflife - no we are ETSing and going home. TX to ID. That is so exciting! We never went overseas but we would have loved to. In the grand scheme of things it was better that we didn't but man, we wanted to lol. I hope you have a great time exploring a new country. Sounds amazing.

    I cannot believe they messed up the results. That is terrible. 

    Stay focused and just keep in mind your end goal!! GL with everything...keep us updated!!

    I have decided to forgo the stress and BS and let movers take care of this for us. Going to be worth every penny.
