Organic Mattresses (full bed)

Has anyone done some good research on organic mattresses? My 4 year old needs a full size mattress now and I'm considering an organic one.  I don't want to pay a fortune but I will pay a bit more if I don't have to compromise on quality. Thanks for your time!

    We did and decided on Naturepedic for our son's twin bed.  We opted for the quilted on both sides mattress (they also offer one that is waterproofed on one side) and we use their organic waterproof mattress cover just in case.  He loves it and we have been really happy with the quality of it!
