And a possible tmi warning..

So AF showed yesterday, right on time. I was anxious for this AF because now we are back to treatment after a 3 month break. Anyways, yesterday was a horrible day. I thought a chocolate cupcake for lunch would help, nope. Luckily DH took me out to dinner so I treated myself to a mudslide. :)

I was hoping today would be better. But ever since my miscarriage (over a year ago) AF has been super heavy. Like, for the first few days I have to change the tampons every couple hours AND wear a liner.

But today, it was extra heavy. I was in a meeting from 2-430, and I had changed my tampon before going into it. But I could tell something was going on. I get out of the meeting, go to the bathroom, and thank goodness I was wearing a pad because it was horrible. I, very loudly, said "oh my God!" when I saw it. Ruined my underwear and everything. I walked into my boss's office, said I had to leave and went home.

I cried in the car. Between this, and IF, I'm just mad at the world right now. This sucks!

    In so sorry you had to go through that. An extra heavy period always feel like kicking me when I'm already down. Hope you feel better soon.

    September 2015: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
    May 2018 after long period of not trying, starting adoption process with family friend's newborn
    November 2018 Adoption complete!

    :( I'm sorry. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
    10/2013 - Initial consult. Started levothyroxine - tsh 2.92
    HSG- showed graying in one spot/Saline Sono- showed 5mm polyp
    DH SA -  abnormal -  36%motility on both SA's (count and morph ok on SA1, a little off SA2)
    1/10/14 - Hysteroscopy to remove 5mm polyp
    1/12/14- Medicated Cycle 1: 50mg Clomid + Ovidrel + TI = BFN
    2/15/14 - Medicated Cycle 2: 100mg Clomid + Ovidrel + TI = BFN
    3/18/14 - IUI Cycle 1: 150mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI = BFN
    Upped Levothyroxine to 50mg - tested at 2.62
    4/17/14 - IUI Cycle 2: 150mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI = BFN
    Break!
    6/21/14: IUI Cycle 3: 150mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI

    I'm glad it's not just me. Mine are so heavy too I use super plus tampons and have started wearing overnight pads with it. A few cycles ago I was sitting on the couch watching tv, it wasn't but an hour since I'd last changed and I bled through the tampon and panty liners all over my tan colored couch when I sat up.

    It really sucks being a woman.

    Ugh I'm so sorry. :( It just sucks when you have those days where it seems like everywhere you go there's a punch in the face waiting for you.

    I'm so sorry... I actually had this happen to me the month after my most recent loss.. I had to text my coworker to bring me in my sweater and purse so I could tie it around my waist and then straight from the bathroom left to go home.. I cried the whole way home .. I totally get how you feel and I hope you have a better day today (((hugs)))

    I'm so sorry! Since you're starting treatment again...do the meds tend to reduce the heaviness of your periods, I hope?
