Vegan Cake?

I want baby girl to have a birthday cake, but she's allergic to milk and eggs. Does anyone have a recipe for a vegan cake that actually tastes good?

    I rarely use milk in cakes, just water. And I have always substituted other things for eggs as many of my students don't eat eggs for religious reasons.

    I like applesauce instead. My students prefer when I substitute pop (sprite for vanilla and coke for chocolate). I am not sure the substitution ratio, I always just google it.

    I have a few vegan cakes in my blog. I can't use dairy when I make stuff for DH, so I had to find alternates. It's really easy to make vegan cakes. I mix them up without a mixer.

    chocolate cupcakes w/ chocolate frosting - this is DH's favorite. i've used water and chocolate almond milk with good results.
