I haven't really recorded any of it. I kept track of diapers (and still do), and kept track of feeding times, but that's it. I never wrote any of it down after the first week, just kept a mental note each day.
Lol the second night we were home! I can't believe you've gone this long. We just kept a general idea of when she ate/sleep and went by that. It was getting to be a pain writing anything down when she was constantly in our arms.
ds is 3.5 months and we still track all feedings. I track my pumping anyway to make sure I am still ahead of him so it's no big deal to write it down. Also, I like the piece of mind that I can check to see how many ounces e takes in when he is acting funny. When he starts with his nanny sometime in January I will also need to know how many ounces of milk to send him with. I am probably going to track through 6 months. Yup- type A!
charting on the crazy type a side here. i think that since he was in the nicu for 9 weeks i got used to being able to look at his chart and see what his day had been like. i am crazy forgetful. i love being able to see his patterns change though. we find it really helpful. i have a one page chart printed that has 15 min increments for the whole day in one column, and is 7 days across. i can see his whole week that way. i love it. kind of over the top probably though.
I still do. I am also Type A and I EP. I like being able to see on paper how much I am pumping each day and how much he is eating. I just jot it down throughout the day and then enter it onto a spreadsheet on my computer.
I stopped after her first well baby visit at 10 days old since she was gaining so well (1 lb 3 oz!). ?I just keep mental note on about how many wet and messy diapers.
I will stop when my brain returns...I can't remember anything so I have to write it down. I have a toddler too though...I'm so busy I have to write down what I do sometimes!!!!
