I am a lurker but was curious. For those mothers who love Star Wars and I guess this could apply to Star Trek too, do you plan on sharing the movies with them:

    I think we will probably skip episodes 1-3 and just watch 4-6. We will see how I feel about the new one...

    I loved 4-6 and watch them marathon style every few years, but 1-3... I just could not get through.

    I kind of feel the same way. I loved 4-6 but didn't care for 1-3. But I figure we are eventually going to end up watching them.

    Well, it is a pressing parenting questions for our generation and has gone unanswered. ;) Have our children experience things as we did or start from the beginning of the story. With Hollywood remaking, revisiting, adding to, and making prequels for so many movies and series I was kind of curious. But really, it's just cause I am a big geek.
