  They have 4.0s for $12.95 each. They used to have a box kit with 5 diapers, cloth wipes and a wet bag for $120 too, but I can't see it on their site anymore.

  In my searching yesterday, I also came across a "Buy 5 get the 6th diaper free" sale at Enfantstylediapers.com .
  You get 6 Bumgenius 4.0's for $109 CAD +tax and shipping is free. Just incase anyone is ISO as well.
