Hey ladies --- need your help! I saw this photo below & fell in love with the dress but no clue where it's from! Anyone seen it in stores or online?! Thank You!!
i know there's an app that you can upload a picture to and it finds the clothes in the pic and where you can buy them. not sure what it's called but maybe you can do a search? when you find out let me know it's really cute!

I just want to throw this in. Don't buy maternity dresses!!!! They are expensive and too big when you aren't pregnant. Go for empire waist dresses and materials that have strech to them. You'll be able to wear them later down the line. FYI. Love the pattern in that dress!
Damn Target and their ridiculously cute dresses! I go in for plastic baggies and I walk out $200 poorer (and most likely forgot the damn plastic bags!).
Wow RunningMama! You are an internet wizard! Great find! Extra points for finding the blog post too - love adding blogs to follow to my list. Bummer that dress seems to be sold out, its super cute!
I'm going to make a run to all the Targets in San Diego lol -- if @runningmama14 was able to find the dress from a random picture.. I can still find it in stores -- somewhere lol! #missionmustgetthisdress is underway!
Stupid FTM question on this - what size do you buy for a non-maternity dress? How much bigger do you go than what you normally wear?
Understanding this dress has an empire waist but still not sure - thanks!
My problem with normal dresses instead of maternity is length. My bump is pretty minimal still and it's already an issue. I'm 6' though, so length has always been an issue with clothes!

we have the same problem @runningmama14 . i'm 5'9 but never buy long dresses for this reason. i just ordered 3 maxi dresses from oldnavy but already know i'll probably have to return them but it's worth a shot. i won't be wearing them with heels so they might work.

The maxi dresses at Walmart are usually really long... there's no chance my 5'2 butt could pull one of those off :P may be an option for you taller ladies
you could always get them hemmed

Right there with you girls --- being 5'10 makes maxi dresses hard to shop for:: but in reading the review for this dress on targets site someone suggested wearing it as a maxi skirt .. So gona try that if it's too short as a dress. OR just make sure that my photographer just take sour photos knees & up.. So you can't see it's too short lol -- & yes -- totally gonna copy the above outfit choices for our maternity pix in a few weeks (doing them early cuz my photographer friend is in town)
You ladies will laugh at the pix below:. Went to get the dress & they weren't kidding when they said it runs small/short! That's a size small dress pulled up like "normal" (too short for my liking) and all the way down as a skirt(I could out it up a bit more so it's not dragging so much). Hubby said if I'm trying to recreate that original picture... I should wear it as normal and we will just make sure to take pix sitting down or from knees up cuz it's not the same as a skirt. Either way-- thanks again for your help and Input!

It all depends on the material. If it's an empire waist/ stretchy material i buy my normal size. If it's more fitted I would go up 1 size. You just have to try things on. There will be a lot of hit and miss.
She is deff short -- I saw her other pix. Buying two would be a good idea.. But I have zero seeing skills.. Plus I think with this kind of material the sewn on part wouldn't be obvious. Thought about adding a solid panel to the bottom but that's too much effort for something I really just wanted for one photo season. Love the pattern/colors tho!
Deffinitlely works perfect that way but with the tank top going so far down, hubby felt it didn't showcase the pattern of the dress in the pix -- which is what I liked most in the first place. Guess we'll see way I decide when the day comes. So glad I got my hands on the dress!

Do you have sewing skills? It's cheap enough, I'd be tempted to buy two and make a longer one!
