  I'm sorry, sweetie. Can you take that pic to your doctor? None of us are ultrasound techs so it would be impossible for us to give you an answer. Your in my thoughts though.

  I'm sorry you are feeling worried. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what answers we will be able to provide. This would be a really good thing for you to discuss with your doctor. He will have much more insight than us into your specific situation. I wouldn't dream of speculating based on one u/s picture because I'm not a medical professional.

  I am not an expert by any stretch of the imagination...  but to me it just looks like the baby is being cool and tilting his or her face away from the "camera". 
  
  What was your ultrasound tech like while you were there?  Chatty and normal?  Or quiet and serious?  If it was the former, then I would be able to relax a bit more.
  
  Ultrasound images can end up looking pretty strange a lot of the time, IMO.  I would call your caregiver in the morning to tell them you are concerned...  You want to put this to rest sooner than later.

  No advice or insight here either but definitely would ask your doctor for peace if mind. My doc did describe u/s as being like slices across baby.. So if baby is even slightly crooked in there -- the "slice" may look odd.

  U/S pictures can look weird a lot of times. The profile pictures I got of my baby at my 16 week scan, her nose and mouth look weird too because she was moving a lot so its hard to get a good profile.   In my opinion (just a mom with no medical background) it looks perfectly normal to me! I see a sweet little nose and cute little lips.

  Looks pretty normal to me. If it was abnormal they'd let you know. I had an abnormal scan my last pregnancy and they let me know right away. I had extra fluid (could have been a sign of a neurological defect) they didn't even let me go home until an OB could

  In my experience if something is off they will absolutely let you know unless you went to one of those elective for fun places bc I am not sure how medical they are. With one of my pregnancies there were lots of markers and the ultrasound tech went away and came back with two doctors for more opinions.

  Same thing with my first. If they think something is off they'll at the very least have a doc come in for a 2nd opinion.

  I think it's just baby turned a bit, but if you're concerned definitely call your OB about it.

  These kids look pretty creepy until close to being born. They are still developing. If something is wrong they will tell you. Otherwise I would stop treating a forum as a place for professional medical advice.

  I completely agree with PPs. Call your doctor today to ask so you can calm your nerves. My doctor always says to call when i'm worried about anything because the baby doesn't like stress.
  
  I have a similar picture from our elective scan at 16 weeks. In one picture her nose/mouth is very clearly defined. In the next, the nose/mouth is smushed together because she was moving. Hopefully you just have a very active baby that doesn't have time to take a picture.

  This.  With DS, his mouth/nose looked weird at the anatomy scan.  Don't forget - your baby still has 20 + weeks left to grow, mature, and form.  He/she is not going to look like a newborn right now.
