Passing pink tissue

in 3rd Trimester
This was definitely not a mucous plug. I went #1 and saw a very pink piece of tissue, about the size of a dime. I did have an internal exam today. I'm 3 cm @ 80% effaced. Any ideas what this is?

    Could be extra discharge? Could be some gel left over from the internal?

    Sounds like a bit of bleeding from the internal mixed with discharge.

    Yea I do have uncomfortable cramping. Nothing progressive. Dull achy period-type cramps. Been having BH pretty regularly the past 2 weeks so hard to tell a difference.
