  I'm weird and use med and large depending on time of day. I know there are lots of ladies in the BF board that use them. GL!

  @tenfour my first week and a half back to work was a trial and error. I finally figured out that large is the size I need to use. No real tips though

  I did trial and error to determine my best output. I find using large in the am and medium in the pm works well for me. Like the nips get more stretched throughout the day? Idk. For regular style flanges, my LC told me that I'm kind of between sizes so I use the medium but they rub a bit. Maybe since I'm an oddball that's why I need both?
  
  Is suggest asking an LC if you can, you can usually get free advice at a bf support group.

  I have some standard 24mm Medela Pump In Style Advanced just sitting around. Have to use large.
