I just had a biopsy* results in last post.

I've had two separate precancerous growths removed from my arm and one came back bigger and gnarlier. Then I discovered another weird spot on my thigh.

I went in this morning and the dr was really proactive and did the biopsy then, it even made the appt go late and u got there early. He said I'll have results in about 2 weeks. The one in my leg is also a precancerous thing. It's different than the one in my arm though.

The leg one almost looks like a patch of eczema. The arm one is a bump that was bumpy and scaly.

My mom has had cancer 3 times and I used to tan like crazy, so I'm pretty pessimistic about it.

This is going to be a long wait, plus I have this huge home in my arm and it effing hurts.

I've had a couple biopsies on my back for similar reasons. I hope that yours turn out alright too... I agree though that the waiting is the worst part.

Sorry you have to go through that! My SIL and step-mother have both had melanoma. Both are cancer free and doing fine, but it scared me enough that I go get a once over at the dermatologist every year or sooner if something is off. The waiting is definitely the worst part!

Just a side note, I keep readin biopsy as "bibopsy" from My Big Fat Greek Wedding.

It seems a lot of people have had something similar and are just fine.

Positive thoughts are being sent your way!

After the biopsy sites heal up, if still nursing can put a lttle boob juice on them at regular intervals. (had aging spot on abdomen that dr said was not cancerous that did that to & seemed to help it get lighter/less textured)

I hope it turns out okay. I had multiple biopsies of my thyroid before I had half of it removed. I still get them occasionally in the other half. It's no fun. I still remember the med students standing there watching as I was about to start crying and yelling ouch during one of the earlier ones.
