Time to Intro :)

Hi Ladies! I have been lurking for a few weeks but now it is time to intro.

I am very excited to finally be here. We are 6 weeks 3 days with an EDD of Jan 24. This is our first and after years of trying we can't believe we are finally here!

A lot of my background is in my siggy - (I am 36, DH is 38) but we have been TTC since 3/2012. Took a 2 mth break in May for DH's knee surgery. Then since I was starting a new job we weren't trying not to prevent but weren't as actively charting until Sept. Last May/Jun we started seeing a RE. DX unexplained. 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs (1 frostie from round 1, 5 from round 2). Natural FET in Apr/May cycle seemed to do the trick!

We just had our first u/s today and saw the heartbeat! It is over 100 bpm (forgot to get the exact). Our RE was very excited (she hugged us!) and said that while she wants us to come back for one more scan in 2 weeks. it is just for protocol - she feels we have a very strong pregnancy!!

Next u/s is the 24th (waiting an extra week since DH is traveling prior week and wants to be there - and RE said that was fine)
