Hello ladies! So, I had a MC around 5/6 weeks on May 2nd. I found out a few days ago that I am expecting again. I am tracking my HCG levels with the doctor every other day, but I cant help but sit by the phone waiting for that awful call when they tell me I lost the baby again. I dont even know what to do with myself

I dont know how I am ever going to be able to breathe easy over the next 9 months. Any tips/advice?

You can also try to find an activity that helps you stay calm. Some people like yoga or meditation and others like to find ways to stay busy to keep their mind occupied. I personally have tried yoga, but I like guided meditation better. I also make to-do lists for each day so that I stay busy.
I know it is very hard to relax. I have had some severe anxiety with this pregnancy. The thing I try to remember is that anxiety isn't going to prevent anything. All it does is hinder my ability to enjoy this pregnancy.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. -Philippians 4:6-7
