GTKY: Did you play any sports in HS? If so, which ones?

1) I am 5 weeks
2) I am going to try and walk most nights. I also would like to start toning my arms some with light weights, we will see.
I did tae kwon do in middle school and high school and got my black belt. I lived it my Karate gym....... then I went to college and got fat, lol. It has been a struggle since unfortunately.
I worked super hard last summer and lost 30 lb (goal was 50).... then we had a super stressful winter and I gained it all back:( I wish I had kept it off before this pregnancy, but oh well. I will definitely have motivation once I can get serious after this baby is born.

2. I've been running and doing my normal classes at 24hr. In one of my classes called body combat I fatigue so much quicker than normal. And my boobs... got to have a good bra.
I didn't really do any sports in highschool but in college my fitness buff roommate got me really into staying fit. My wt has always been an issue and fighting bad genetics is hard.

2) What type of exercise have you been doing since getting your BFP? Are you finding any challenges yet?
Mainly running and walking. I try to run 3x a week (have been), and I walk every day. We have a dog who I walk, and I take Adele to the park. I probably average 2-3 miles of walking a day. I'm around 2.25 miles of running (building back up from a bad sprain a couple months ago). I'm probably going to add in prenatal yoga on the days I don't run. I've been swimming 2x/week, too, but it was at a middle school pool, and it closes this week. I'll pick that back up in the fall.
GTKY: Did you play any sports in HS? If so, which ones?
I played softball, basketball, and was on the swim team. (Not all at the same time though.)
2) What type of exercise have you been doing since getting your BFP? Are you finding any challenges yet? I've continued to run a few times a week, but limiting it to 3-4 miles at a time. I did my Insanity video this am, but think I am going to cut back on that. I do find that I'm a little more winded, but I'd be surprised that it is really anything pregnancy related this early on. GTKY: Did you play any sports in HS? If so, which ones? Ran cross-country

2) What type of exercise have you been doing since getting your BFP? Are you finding any challenges yet? UGH-- not been doing great, but am planning on stopping by my gym to get my calendar so I can plan my workouts. M and I did go for a nice walk last night (so I feel a tiny bit better about my pizza dinner). GTKY: Did you play any sports in HS? If so, which ones? I ran track.

2) I try to work out 5-6 days a week. I do 3 days of cardio jogging and body combat. 3 days of strength training. I take a body bump class.
GTKY: I played volleyball and ram track
2) I've been doing the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution dvd's for about 2 years. I get winded a little easier now. I did another one of her work out videos during my first pregnancy and loved them. I also try to get in a short walk or jog if I feel up to it.
3) High school sports: swimming, golf, dance team.
2) I have been walking several miles. I am a jogger, used to jogging 2 miles every other day. Nothing serious but I love it and I'm consistent. Since I got BFP I have been a little afraid to run. Also fatigued and not up to it. I know the fear is silly. But decided to switch my routine to long 2 and 4 hour walks since I have the time. Last night I did 6 miles of hills at a comfortable pace. Actually was a harder work out than my jogs in some ways. But heart rate wasn't as intense.
3) No sports in HS
I am jogging 3 miles a couple times a week and the gym. I went for a jog today and I think I pushed it a little to hard. I walked a lot to keep my heart rate down but I think the 100 degree weather put me over the top. I might stick to the treadmill on hot days... I'm also planning on going back to my Pilates classes.
I was in cheer and dance in high school.

I'm a spin instructor and currently getting my barre certification. I love barre and it's great for continuing while pregnant. I have been trying to get back into running but I've really been exhausted since my BFP. I find myself out of breath doing the simple things. Unfortunately I might have to give up my spin class in the coming weeks if I'm still tired and the nausea kicks in.
I played lacrosse in college. Ran half marathons and tough mudders to keep fit and have fun
2) What type of exercise have you been doing since getting your BFP? Are you finding any challenges yet? Well, I just got my BFP on Wednesday so I have been treating myself to pizza and subway. I plan on going for a walk 3-4 times a week. No issues yet. I'm still a little crampy but that should affect me walking.
GTKY: Did you play any sports in HS? If so, which ones? I was a cheerleader, if you consider that a sport? We were very competitive. Practiced 5 days a week for 2 hours, games, competitions. We even went to Nationals. *sigh* the good ol' days.
