AFM lining check tomorrow. Hoping for no surprises and FET is still a go for Wednesday.

@dreambig1021 sorry about the layoff. That totally sucks anytime, but especially now!

I can be moved to STIMMING! I started Menopur and Bravelle today, along with Lupron. I think my first blood work and ultrasound will be Tuesday.

Hm...my favorite toy I really liked my cabbage patch dolls! They were a BIG deal when I was little.

@dreambig1021‌ so sorry about your job, sign up for unemployment online asap! It was my saving grace for three months a few years ago.

AFM - day seven of stims, I have nine follies above 8mm today, with largest at 16.5. Started Ganirelex last night, more monitoring tomorrow. Little sad at fewer follies than last cycle at this point, but quality over quanity is my mantra.

QOTD: toss up between Strawberry Shortcake or Carebears.

AFM, I started stimming today, going in for monitoring Monday. I forgot how quickly I bloated last time--not sure how I'm going to wear anything comfortably between now and whenever I'm ready for ER!

oops I posted my 5/30 update in 5/27...

I've been benched! Fighting with the insurance about coverage for meds. One person says yes they're covered and another no they're not. Pharmacy says that'll be $3900..... I said I paid extra for this ivf rider which says meds are covered. Exhausting, but thankfully today God sent me an angel rep who is working it out. Just won't have it worked in time to start protocol this weekend. Oh well the faithful march on! Mark 11:22

@Hoping4LO - Wow, I can't believe you get to go ahead with your cycle! Maybe having the polps removed is like having an endometrial scratch? ;-)

@babycakestx - ((hugs)) So sorry you've been benched, and for such an annoying reason! At least you found someone good to work with.

So exciting to see so many people stimming! This is day 3 of stims for me ( @pjpahel - not cycle buddies after all

), and I'm doing okay. My AFC went way down after the BCP, so I'm just hoping we get a good number of eggs. I'm on what is a lot of meds for me, so I'm very curious to see what the doc does after tomorrow's u/s & bw. My old RE would have decreased my meds (assuming my E2 rockets up like usual) but the new RE seems to think that steady doses are the key to preventing my usual crashes. I'm on the edge of my seat for the answer!

QOTD: I don't have strong memories of any particular toy; my strongest are of playing in the woods near our house, climbing trees, and swimming, swimming, swimming. There was a community pool about a 3 minute walk away, and I remember going almost every day (often by myself, even when I was about 6!) and just swimming for hours.

AFM: Baseline was on Wed this week and started my stimm meds that night. Today will be day four of stimms and I went in for b/w this am. I'll have my first u/s check on Monday and hopefully things are cooking away.

QOTD: hmmmm tough to choose. I remember being in love with my barbie dream house. She had the corvette parked outside and Ken was her boyfriend

Later on she got a pool. What a life they had, lol.

I triggered last night so my ER is tomorrow morning. I had about 15 follies over 18 mm so that's the guess for retrieval. I'm nervous and excited! It's all built up to this!

QOTW: I also adored Barbies. I must have had a dozen! I never had a Ken though (my mom was odd) so I missed out on that fun @PrivateOne‌ and @scooteriste‌

I step up to 3 Vivelle patches a day, starting today, plus my 5u Lupron, Lovenox, and baby aspirin. Every patch I add, my temper gets shorter and shorter

hi Ladies! Had my baseline yesterday and started Estrace this morning, 18 days til transfer!

QOTD: I definitely had my fair share of Barbies, but I also loved anything crafty so I had a million art sets of all types. I think my favorite one involved mix and match outfit pieces you put in a tray/holder that you then did a crayon rubbing over (does that make sense?)

Sorry I'm a day late my 30th birthday is coming up next week and my hubby surprised me last night with a SURPRISE party!!! Still shocked over it all. Still on the vivelle patch every other day and waiting on AF. Anyone know when it will come? This is my third cycle but first on the patch. I HATE THE WAIT!!!

AF came Wed night. Everything looked ok at the office on Friday to start prep. I dropped the Lupron dose and started oral estrace (will be adding vaginal later). My lining has been eh, so we will be going slow and steady to try to build it up for my first ever transfer. So glad to be moving forward, but seems like the next few wks will be painfully slow. Estimated date for transfer is 6/23. How am I going to wait that long ?!?

@gnl42‌ FX for a great lining by transfer time! Books? Hobbies? Organize a room? It will be here in no time. Trust me...I didn't think I could survive waiting to transfer (3 yrs...1 yr on the DE waiting list) but somehow I managed!! Wishing you all the best on this cycle!!

dreambig1021 I'm so sorry! I hope that you can find something great soon.

Baseline is tomorrow for me. I'm currently looking for another clinic to use if this cycle is not successful. My clinic has been driving me insane, as most of you know, and I think it is time to move on.

Favorite toys were those littlest pet shop dogs! I played with them all the time - they are still sold, but they look like creepy anime dogs now.

Today is day 10 of stims. Will go in an hour for u/s and blood work. They upped my gonal-f, since my follies weren't growing as fast as they'd like to see. I've been feeling like shit for the past 2 days and threw up dinner last night, so I'm not sure if it's the increased meds, doxy or just this process. Will speak with the RN when she calls. Not feelin particularly full of eggs, so I'm nervous my body isn't doing what it should. Ugh. Bad few IF days.

Hi Ladies,

I started stimming on Thursday night (had my baseline on Thursday morning, which was slightly disappointing, since my AFC was just 9 and I had really hoped that the COQ10 and DHEA would have helped me start with a greater number- I had 8 at baseline with my 2nd IVF and only ended up with 3 at ER, but we are doing the antagonist which will hopefully grow them more equally). One promising thing is that when I went in for monitoring on Sunday, they counted 10, so fingers crossed! Plus, the mantra of my RE/nurse is quality over quantity.

When they called with my blood work results (unfortunately I missed the call and it went to voicemail), the nurse said my estrogen was low (92.4) for day four, so they upped my Menopur. I was never told anything like that during my previous IVFs, but they aren't always good about saying anything specific beyond "take X amount of Y," so trying not to be concerned.

@dreambig1021‌ I'm very sorry about your job. My husband has twice been laid off from his job and it is really tough. Please be very good to yourself. Sending thoughts and prayers your way.

QOTD: This is so tough! I think I'm going to have to go with my Barbies! I only had a few and I think that is why I ended up turning into a collector when I was an adult and could afford all the Barbies I wanted. I've eased off of it, but still collect a few here and there- loving the Monster High and Ever After High dolls, which are also from Mattel.

I am still on BCP. I hate the waiting. Waiting to finish the BCP. Then wait for AF. I am down to one week left of BCP then I can get this show on the road. I am so excited and this seems to be the only thing that I can think about.

QOTD: My favorite toy growing up was my little ponies. I love reading these about these toys. I had forgotten all about the rainbow brite and starlite toys. I had them and now I miss them.

Hi! I'm kinda late to this. Some weekends, I just can't be home much on my computer and I can't post from my phone. I am officially stimming as of Saturday! Been getting a lot of headaches and foghead from so many meds this time, so hopefully the next 2 weeks go by quickly.

The first monitoring I have is this afternoon, so hopefully I'll have good news for tomorrow's check-in
