So, with my first child, I didn't start having trouble sleeping until the 6 or 7 month mark. Now, only 9 weeks along, the following is my sleep schedule:
In bed by 10, asleep by 10:30-10:45
Awake by 11:45, every night, on the dot
Back asleep very quickly after that
Awake by 2:35, every night, on the dot
I don't fall asleep until 3:45-4am
Up at 5:30am
Fall asleep around 6am
Up at 7:30am for the day
It is literally like that every single night and I am so ready to fall over by the end of the week.
I have tried everything to help myself sleep right down to the warm milk and lavender arometherapy. I would love to know any suggestions that other mommy's to be have please!
