Went grocery shopping yesterday with DH on a whim and had to try and meal plan in the store ... No order but we're planning on : - baked chicken and roasted redskin potatoes - turkey tacos - caprese salad and pasta - slow cooker BBQ chicken and yellow rice - jambalaya

Now that DH is going to be home more I'm hoping to really get into the meal planning. I just need to sit down and go through some recipes.

I'm doing all new recipes during the week and they are all on bettycrocker.com. We are having a vegetarian week because last week we binged on Memorial Day BBQs.
Monday :chunky vegetarian lasagna (it was awesome and my toddler gobbled it up). Garlic bread.
Tuesday: lasagna leftovers, because lasagnas are huge.
Wednesday: California black bean burgers and kale chips.
Thursday: garden veggie spaghetti and strawberry shortcake.
Friday: southwest fettuccine bowl
Saturday: the grill is back out! BBQ chicken, roasted potatoes and corn on the cob.
Sunday: not sure. Maybe out to dinner if both boys are in a good mood.
