  This isn't necessarily a game but I thought it was a cute activity I saw on Pinterest- you have a table out with a "baby's first alphabet" book and individual pages with letters prewritten-then each guest picks a letter-draws something that starts with that letter and writes the word. After the shower you put them all in the book for baby!

  Have people reenact the scene when Ricky and the Mertz s are practicing for when Lucy is having the baby and they leave her. That's hysterical to me. You can have people judge the best one maybe?

  At my shower they had beads or a baby pin they weren't supposed to say certain words if you got caught the person could take the beads or pin.  You can make it themed towards baby or tv I love lucy kind of stuff.

  What about a matching game where you match the name of the TV mom to the show she was on and you can pick shows from the I Love Lucy era? Or instead of the mom's names, names of the kids?

  
  

  Not related to your theme, for my friend's baby shower I did a matching game with quotes from popular children's books and you had to identify which book it was from. People seemed to enjoy that one.
